Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

These terms apply when you visit V2Ray Release Hub, read configuration guides, or access client information through links on this site.

1. Scope and Purpose of These Materials

This site organizes installation links, user guides, and configuration references for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG for educational purposes only. It is an independent resource site. Its name, pages, and client names do not imply authorization from the projects concerned or represent commitments made by their maintainers.

The guides explain client operations and technical concepts; they are not professional advice for any specific device, business environment, or legal matter. Please read these terms before viewing or using the materials. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant materials and links. Visiting this site does not waive any rights you have under applicable law.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your activities, as well as the applicable rules of your organization, network service provider, and device administrator. You must not use this site's materials or the software they describe for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, data theft, distributing illegal content, or violating others' rights.

You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use your devices and network. Do not use this site to carry out attacks, disrupt services, or engage in bulk abuse. Subscription URLs, account details, and configuration files may contain access credentials; keep them secure and do not share them publicly. Installation instructions on this site do not endorse or guarantee any subscription service, server operator, or its content.

3. Third-Party Software and Accuracy of Information

The software referenced here is provided and maintained by its respective open-source projects. Each project determines its software's features, licenses, release schedule, and system requirements. This site provides links and guidance but does not operate software on users' devices or control third-party servers, subscription content, or network connection quality.

Client interfaces, core configuration fields, and default behavior may change between releases. We update our guidance as information changes, but cannot guarantee that every page matches every client version at all times. Check settings against the interface you are using. Before changing routing, DNS, or proxy modes, consider saving your current configuration and learning how to restore it.

4. Availability and Limitation of Liability

Materials are provided as is. We do not guarantee that pages will remain available, download links will always work, or software will be suitable for a particular purpose. Compatibility, system permissions, changes to third-party services, and network failures can all affect use. Guide steps are not a substitute for assessing your actual environment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for connection interruptions, configuration damage, data loss, or business losses resulting from the use of or reliance on these materials, third-party software, or services. You are responsible for assessing the risks of any changes and backing up important data. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow it.

5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses

The names, marks, code, and documentation of Project V, V2Fly, Xray, and related clients belong to their respective rights holders. Use, modification, and redistribution of the software are governed by the specific licenses of the relevant projects and components; these terms do not replace those license requirements.

The original guides and page layouts on this site are protected by applicable law. When quoting them, cite the source and do not remove required rights notices or imply that the original projects published the material. Permission to republish this site's materials does not automatically grant permission to use third-party trademarks, icons, or software code.

6. Changes to These Terms and Support

These terms may be revised as the site's content, maintenance practices, or applicable rules change. Updates and their dates will be posted on this page. Revisions apply to use from the date they are published. If applicable law sets different notice or effective-date requirements, those requirements apply. No update retroactively takes away rights protected by law.

For installation, import, or connection issues, start with the Quick Start Guide and follow the steps to identify where the problem occurs. When reporting an issue, include the client name, operating system, steps to reproduce it, and any error message. Remove subscription URLs, account details, and other sensitive information.
